We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. The 30-day period begins on the day the item is delivered to your address.
The following items are excluded from returns:
Protective Gear
First Aid Products (including tourniquets – compressives)
A 20% restocking fee applies for non-defective returns and will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.
If the return is due to a manufacturer defect, the restocking fee will be waived, and shipping costs (lowest ground rate) will be refunded or applied toward an exchange.
Returns will not be accepted after the 30-day period. All returns must include:
The original packing slip as proof of purchase.
All original tags attached to the product.

Due to the nature of online courses and digital products, no refunds are offered for these purchases.
Cancellations can be requested at any time
No refunds are issued for partially used months.
Annual memberships are not refundable.
If you need to cancel or transfer your event registration, the following conditions apply:

Transfer requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the event starts.
Transfer fees must be paid before the course start date, and you will have 12 months to attend the same type of event or course.
You can only transfer once per registration.
Important:
If you cancel within a refund-eligible period, any promotional items or gear received during registration will have their retail value deducted from your refund.
Transfer fees are non-refundable.
If you register for a course with a prerequisite that you have not completed, the course fee may be applied toward the prerequisite.
Only Project Achilles courses are accepted as valid prerequisites.
If an event is canceled due to an Act of God (e.g., natural disasters like earthquakes, floods, or hurricanes), we will:
Reschedule the event within 60-90 days of the original date.
If rescheduling is not possible, attendees will receive a credit valid for 12 months to attend any future course.
If an attendee is unable to attend due to travel disruptions caused by an Act of God, they will also receive a course credit valid for 12 months.
